高职院校学历留学生培养存在的问题与对策

Problems in the Cultivation of Foreign Students with Academic Qualifications in Higher Vocational Colleges and Their Countermeasures

摘要 提高学历留学生的培养质量已经成为高职院校亟需解决的重要问题。文章首先对高职院校学历留学生培养状况进行研究,分析了学历留学生培养过程中在培养目标、培养方案、师资队伍和教学管理等方面存在的不足,提出了加强研究、多方协同、多元融合等进一步提高学历留学生培养质量的对策,以期对保障高职院校学历留学生的培养质量起到积极的借鉴作用。 To improve the cultivation quality of foreign students with academic qualifications has become an urgent problem to be solved in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the training situation of international students with academic qualifications in higher vocational colleges,this article finds that there are still some problems existing in the process of training foreign students with academic qualifications,such as unclear training objectives,unscientific personnel training program,lack of relatively stable teaching staff and meticulous teaching management.Meanwhile,it presents some countermeasures to further improve the training quality of foreign students with academic qualifications,including stressing research,multi-coordination and diverse integration,with an aim to play a positive guiding role in guaranteeing the training quality of foreign students with academic qualifications in higher vocational colleges.
