党员干部改革攻坚能力提升的精神追求与关键路径

摘要 面对当前复杂形势、艰巨任务以及新时代国家治理能力现代化建设的迫切需要,必须提高党员干部解决实际问题的能力,尤其是党员干部改革攻坚能力。因此,必须紧扣改革攻坚的新动因、新使命、新要求,牢固树立改革攻坚的求知精神、担当精神、开创精神,从而在全局中谋划,在谋划中落实,不断提高党员干部尤其是年轻干部的改革攻坚能力。 Faced with the current complex situation,arduous tasks and the urgent need for constructing the modernization of national governance capacity in the new era,it’s a must to improve the ability of CPC Party members and cadres to solve practical problems,especially the ability of CPC Party members and cadres to reform and tackle key problems.Therefore,it’s necessary to firmly adhere to the new motivations,new missions and new requirements of the reform,firmly establish the spirit of seeking knowledge,undertaking and pioneering,so as to plan in the overall situation,implement in the plan,and constantly improve the reform ability of CPC Party members and cadres,especially young cadres’.
